Yorvik Homes, has officially opened a new development of 32 two, three and four bedroom family homes the town. Prices range from £225,000 for a 3 bedroom semi-detached property to £345,000 for a 4 bedroom detached property. The company describes Temple Gate adjacent to the run down Reeth Road housing estate in Richmond, as a select development on the edge of the historic market town. Twelve of the properties are now available in the first phase of the development.
